Abby

Abby is one of many paintings I've been called on over the years to paint after the subject of the painting had passed on. I was given a lot of photos of Abby via emails and some of her in her favorite romping place in Cape Henlopen, Delaware. It was up to me to change her position and utilize other photos to get her face right, relying on back and forth emails with the owner.

When she saw the portrait in person, she kissed Abby and hugged the painting to her. It gives me such joy to bring happiness to those grieving a missing loved one.
